Come aboard the Dawn Princess in 2010 for a unique voyage around the world. The Dawn Princess offers all the choices and amenities of a big ship while still retaining the warmth and intimacy of a smaller vessel.
Setting sail on a round-trip adventure from Sydney, Australia, on May 21, 2010, guests on this cruise will visit 42 fascinating destinations: 30 countries and five continents in 104 exhilarating nights. Sail from Sydney to Dubai, making stops in Bali, Mumbai and Singapore along the way. Continue on to Safaga, Egypt, and then transit the Suez Canal en route to Turkey and Greece. After an overnight in Venice, the Dawn Princess visits other Mediterranean ports such as Croatia in Dubrovnik, Cannes in France and Barcelona in Spain.
After London and Dublin, you'll embark on a trans-Atlantic crossing to Boston. Sail down the U.S. east coast to the Caribbean and then the Panama Canal, which you'll transit en route to Los Angeles. The Dawn Princess ends her epic voyage in Sydney, visiting Hawaii, French Polynesia and Auckland along the way.
On this sailing, the Dawn Princess will be offering a more "Australian experience" on board in recognition of the Australian homeport. Cruisers will be treated to Aussie-style entertainment in the ship's theaters. Please also note that the onboard currency will be Australian dollars; all purchases made on board, including shore excursions, will be in this currency.
