Join the Balmoral for a dramatic 89-night voyage around an exotic continent that is home to jungles, beaches and the mighty Amazon. The Balmoral departs from Southampton in January 2012.

Begin this journey with a stop in the Canaries before cruising to the warm waters of the Caribbean. The historic port city of New Orleans is next, before heading south via Mexico to the Panama Canal and into the Pacific Ocean. Stop along the coasts of Ecuador, Peru and Chile before making a detour into the Chilean Fjords and cruising toward the cooler climates at the southernmost tip of the continent.

Round the Horn at the meeting point between the Pacific and Atlantic oceans before venturing north again to the Falkland Islands and the eastern coast of South America, including stops in Montevideo and Buenos Aires. Visit the shores of Brazil before making landfall in Rio de Janeiro and on to the mysteries of the Amazon. The ship will then bid farewell to the captivating continent and cross the Atlantic, calling at the Cape Verde Islands and Madeira before returning to Southampton.
